To enter the Croatian Republic, foreign citizens must submit either a passport or some other document of identification. They will be given a pass valid for three months.

There’s no limit on personal luggage. On the state entrance, one needs to declare all technical, camping and sailing equipment. All pets must have an attestation proving they have been vaccinated and examined by a veterinarian. For motor vehicles, one must produce a driver’s license, a green card for insurance and authorization in case the person driving the vehicle is not the owner of the same vehicle. Boats and yachts for personal usage don’t need to be especially declared. One just needs to submit the proprietary certificate.
